Best Ways To Relax yourself at Work

The inside office environment in corporates in the current scenario is like getting in front of computers or laptops for hours and straining nerves to meet the deadlines.  No doubt, the money is earned, but that comes at the cost of periodical doctor’s visits, unhealthy life style, and unwanted stress.

  • Neck and Shoulder Rolls:
    • Neck Rolls: Slowly rotate your neck in a circular motion, both clockwise and counterclockwise.
    • Shoulder Rolls: Roll your shoulders forward and backward, then up and down.
  • Wrist and Hand Stretches:
    • Wrist Flexion and Extension: Bend your wrists forward and backward, then rotate them in circles.
    • Finger Stretches: Spread your fingers wide, then make a fist. Repeat.
  • Deep Breathing:
    • Diaphragmatic Breathing: Inhale deeply, filling your lungs, and exhale slowly, releasing tension.
