How to Win Back Lost Customers

 

Key – Is to UNLOCK THE LOCK

Find the LOCK.

First find the Lock, First identify the correct reason, why you lost the customer? What went wrong?  Once he believed you then what happened? There must be reason why your customer left you. Correct Lock is Correct Reason.

Now, Find the Right KEY-

As Every lock has its own particular type of key to unlock the lock. After identifying the precise reason or mental block or lock customer’s mind, seek the solutions to unlock It. Try to take out 2-3 different options to resolve the issue.

The Ways to Unlock –

Even though we have the key, it’s not necessary that lock will immediately open, unless you know how to use that Key? Remember!  There is High Risk of losing that customer forever if not tackled properly. Prepare yourself to Lend your Ear with complete patience to listen to the out bust of customer. There may be no outburst but you shall be ready to absorb it. Then first apologies politely for previous issue and make him feel he is important for you and then one by one give him solutions or proposals. Even you can ask client to make them feel special, what could be the right solution as per them? Keeps one Master Proposal pending which should be your last Solution/offer for the end?

 

Every Lock Has a KEY-

If nothing Works give a break for few days keeping conversation Open. Don’t say NO or it’s not possible. Locks can’t be made without key. If there is a lock there is a Key to unlock.

Just Close the Conversation saying we will get back to you with a solution soon after discussion with seniors.

 

Understanding the need of customer is most important. If not today may tomorrow you have something to offer as per his requirement?
